Microsoft has killed its all-new version of Windows 10, but it's not all bad news

MICROSOFT has shuttered development of its entirely new spin on Windows 10, dubbed Windows 10X, which was designed to bring extra features to dual-screen devices and take on Google's Chrome-based software.
